Something happened this week that was concerning to our fellow Marylanders.
Governor Wes Moore just appointed his own lawyer to serve as Maryland’s next Education Inspector General — the very position meant to provide independent oversight of the education system.
That raises a serious question.
Who is actually holding the administration accountable?
At the same time, Maryland families are being squeezed harder than ever. Taxes are rising. Fees keep increasing. And now the state is even offering payment plans for car registrations because so many residents can’t afford the full cost at once.
Marylanders deserve transparency about where their tax dollars are going.
But here’s the reality.
In less than 10 weeks, voters will begin casting ballots. Many will vote early by mail, which means campaigns like ours must reach them before their ballots arrive.
That’s why I’m reaching out to you today:
Can you chip in $25 today to help us reach these voters before ballots go out?
Thank you for being part of this effort. I truly appreciate your support.
And if you have a moment, I’d also love to hear from you. Just hit reply and tell me what issue matters most to you right now in Maryland. I read these responses personally.
For Strong Families, Strong Homes, and a Strong Maryland,![]()
Dan Cox Republican Candidate for Governor of Maryland
P.S. Early mail-in ballots will be requested in just a few weeks.
Your support today helps us reach those voters before they cast their ballots.
